Medical Appointment...

Went for my medical appointment on the 25th..told the doctor about my condition lately...having relapses that occurred so frequently..

well, the only choice is to increase my dosage (i kinda expected it already)..from 300mg to 500mg..

asked if i could downgrade because of this condition...he laughed..damn him! He didn't give a specific answer..but i guess i can't lah...so suck thumb...have to fulfil my reservist duties this year then..but i still can't drive my wife around..haha..

Just updating on my health status..since jan..'it' has been happening every month..

just 2 days ago...after work..abt 3am..within 10 mins of sleeping..i totally lost conscious..Only when i woke up at 5am..did I feel my lips being bitten and body aches...and realise that i had an attack again..

been busy with all the preparation for CNY Celebration at Chinatown and Chingay 2008..nevertheless, it was still fun..and tiring..Get to see firecrackers bursting for 5 days...and fireworks...

CNY was great...managed to get two days of rest from work..and for 2 years...my secondary school friends contacted me to go for a dinner gathering..

Once again..with a total of 4 relapses and the first one in Year 2008 (16 Jan 2am), while I was sleeping...Not the first time that I had relapse while sleeping. But so coincidentally, last year 16 Jan, I had it during my sleep too..

Life seems bleak for me.. Getting abit depressed why IT has chosen me of all people..

Parents and friends did persuade me to change my job, mainly due to my irregular and working hours that could trigger it. I don't like desk-bound job..I don't know what are my options right now.. Only thing I could do is to really take care of my health.

Medical appointment in April, but possibly be bringing it forward. Maybe the doctor will increase the dosage.. Might need to downgrade too.. Sigh..

Perhaps..I might be gone anytime.

Finally...back from the Singapore Hits Awards 2007..

The stadium was only 3/4-filled...abit pathetic..mainly due to reasons like no big casts coming to grace this event. Overseas artistes only have Fei Lun Hai, Tank, Cai Ming You, Ting Zhu, Zhang Shao Han, Fang Da Tong, Li Ji Han (Malaysian Idol), William Su (special guest). Local got Mi Lu Bing, Stephanie Sun, Chen Wei Lian..

Sky Wu didn't turn up due to bad weather at Shanghai..in the end..his performance was being replaced with some lame interviews with the artistes to compensate the time.

Another case of fits' death occurred..The 25 year-old accountant died during her sleep..Read the news over WanBao and New Paper.. Died during sleep is rare case, but like i mentioned before, there will about 10% that it will happen. And cases of sudden fits' death had been reported during the past few months..

It makes me think of when will I leave the world without saying "goodbye" to my family and friends..It feels rather frightening to go to sleep without knowing if I can see the sun the next morning.. Well. it's something that I can't control.. I just want to enjoy life and be happier..

Mum was asking whether I was stressed in my current job, as she noticed that I had been working late for the past few weeks...and not having enough rest is one critical factor that could trigger fits. I still like my job despite the late working hours..

I need to plan the 'future'...Can anyone introduce a lawyer to me?

Running here and there..is really tiring..Especially running two shows
(HD5 and SFW07 Gala Dinner) on the same day at Suntec..

SFW07 Gala Dinner was a great show...Never really experienced watching a fashion show live before. The models are really good at posing, walking with confidence. And the clothes are stylish and colourful..

Didn't attend the Opening of the Deepavali's Lighting..so actually missed a chance to do outdoor show. Anyway...i dont wish to be smelled like an ah neh...HAHHA..

The other day during the rehearsal at HD5...saw the campus/project superstars...Diya is really damn short (machiam like primary school kid), Marcus is plump, Zhen Ni actually need to lower 3 keys to sing her song..

Yesterday was fun..played DOTA for the first time with a group of friends..Not really good in playing..but at least was ranked 4/5 in 3 games among 8 of us. Hee..

Getting more familarise with my work..which is a good thing. Software like AutoCAD which i used in the poly days, are being to practice at my work. Need to draw layouts of venues, which can took abt a few hours.

Last week..didnt manage to catch JJ's concert...well..i need to rest for my sunday loh!!! Tuesday was the tearing down of another event at Bugis Hotel Inter-Continental. A film shooting over there - 'Dance of the Dragon (Long Wu)', a co-production between Aussie production, EasternLight Productions and and our local, Raintree Productions. Saw Fann Wong, in red, hot dress dancing with a Korean male lead, Zhang Chi.

The saturday was spent at Chinatown, overseeing the Opening of the Mid Autumn Festival 2007. Interesting events kong ming lanterns, night kites, giant lion head dance (5 times bigger than the normal)..and the grand finale by the ever-first inviting the Japan's Akita Kanto performances, where they will raise up (by single hand/head/hip/shoulder) a bamboo pole consisting of about 40 lanterns, and the total weight can add up to hundred kilos..What more amazing is that, the lanterns are really candles lit up..no candles were diminished or lanterns caught in fire. My favourite duckies...also at the scene!! SO CUTE (look out for the blue duckie at the album)! And of course the 3 minutes of fireworks to the sky..

Work had been tiring for the past one week...As a project coordinator, earning 'peas' amount...working numerous late nights to oversee the setup and tear-downs of events..That's the downside of working in events-related jobs...where time is not enought for myself, love ones, family members, and friends; the irregular working hours..

But of course, there's pros too...I need not need to worry about wearing executive wear everyday. Street casual is fine in the company.. And due to the nature of my job, i get to see celebraties or other interesting things.

Last Saturday was spent at Univesity Cultural Center, watching an orchestra "SingaPoPera" (backstage), got Dick Lee performing.. Tomorrow another saturday/sunday...will be at Vivo for Lin Jun Jie's Party Concert...

I'm back from the damn ulu area again..for the third time..

This time round, I'm not the driver, because of my medical status. Saw the MO on the first day, to get my excuse letter, and was given 5 days light duties, excuse driving and operating machinery. Anyway, I still went for my 2km route march, IPPT, and our outfield despite safety warnings from PC and PS.

Outfield was rather taxing, since I became the HQ signaller, which means I need to man the comms throughout the exercise..Only managed to have slightly an hour of sleep and rest in between..

Thursday - our traditional 'Happy Hours'.. Bought 72 cans of beer and few bottles of liquors. Started off with everyone drowning a can of beer as fast as possible...Last one will get an additional can. And I'm the 'lucky' one. After that was rounds of card games and 'Zhong Ji Mi Ma'...Ended the session around 3+, before everyone decided to retire to bed. Just when we thought that were no causlty for this ICT. After lights off, someone merlioned.. *faint* Have to help him, clear his bed..and the floor..

4th ICT will be a low key..on the 23rd - 28th June 2008 at Jurong Camp. Heng it's not a week earlier (19th), because I can forsee that I going to be 'tekan' very badly...Hahaha.

Anyway, this ICT...the platoon was almost in full strength, except Shaowei who deferred, and the downgraded personnels, Benjamin and Kokann. New commander (Wah Soon) and troopers (Jun Rong and Wei Ping) joined.

Rushed down to town to have dinner at Cafe Cartel at Marina Square..2 hours of dinner..and chats..and pingpong balls..Surprise strawberry cake, taste sour yet sweet in the heart. Made a confession..I still cant interpret it..Seek consultations from two friends..Save me.

3-Rooms Bungalow...Spacious with kitchen facilities..for 3 days 2 nights at $200. Thanks to Simon, for helping us to book it. =)

Blah Blah Blah...Someone tagged me..

Rules: Each player of this game starts out by giving 6 weird things about themselves. People who get tagged need to write in their blog 6 weird things as well as state the rules clearly. In the end, you have to choose 6 people to do this.

1) I have the habit of not answering my handphone when i'm in a crowded transport vehicles (i.e. MRTs or Buses). Even though it might be urgent, i will not answer...but it depends on who the person that is calling me..So if that person is important (e.g. Boss, Clients, Family members or Love one), i'll pick up the call immediately. =P

2) I wear specs. But most of the times, you wouldn't see me wearing one. Neither do i wear contact lenses. Specs are worn when i want to have the 'nerdy' or 'geeky' look...However without specs, i can still things clearer than other people with perfect eyesight..*laughs out loud*

3) I always wanted to learn how to cook and bake. Too bad, my mum forbids me to mess up her kitchen. How i wish i have an oven, so that i bake cookies and cakes for my friends or someone dear to me..People who can cook and bake are mesmerising. *sounds fetishy*

4) It seems weird for a guy to have soft toys. But honestly speaking, i have lots of them. Bought them by my parents when i was young. Whenever we go on a holiday vacation, they will buy soft toy for me. They had came from all parts of the world: Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Australia..And they are SUPER BIG! (maybe i'll make an entry on them)

5) I think i have a good memory, especially in terms of numbers. I have good grasp of friends' birthday, handphone numbers etc. But sometimes, i do have STM (Short Term Memory). You'll probably find me 'moving' my fingers as a way to recall things while walking. If i look stoned infront of you..it can be either i'm in deep thoughts or really just STONED. WAHHAHA!

6) OHH!! I can't really eat seafoods..allergic to them and end up having rashes. But, if special occasions like wedding dinners, or even buffets..you will most probably find me indulging in them. But..but..Who cares about rashes?! Hahhaaa (at most go see doctor lor...)

i never like going to hospital...much less said being admitted to one..no doubt the fact that i had a one night complimentary stay over at CGH..

it dreads me...especially to see patients going through pain and agony from the illness they suffered..with needles and tubes on their bodies.

once a fit and healthy person..the next moment..things turn utterly ugly..

we never know when it will happen to ourselves, or perhaps our friends or our closest, loved ones.

i experienced it..i thought i'm gone that day..but still one will never know the unforseen situation that might happen to me...

we heard many of times to: Treasure your love ones before you regret, before you lost them..but Human never seems to learn the lesson..because they are self-centered..they care about themselves only.

i only want to urge all my friends to take care of their health..i don't want to see any of you in the hospital (except ladies giving birth) for the next 40 years. i guess by that time (70 years old) we will be old and illnesses will find their way to us..

or perhaps...i will 'recce' the place first....

its not a promise to me..but make it a promise to yourself and your love ones...that you will take care of your own health.

yesterday managed to get my hands on them...the feeling was good..sort of finding some lost friends..played from 10pm till 5am..only 2 rounds..1st round i won 40+ and my other friend won 50+....2nd round i won 3 players with a total of 70+..feel guilty winning them...gonna treat them one of these days..

i think luck has always been with me... =)

By invitation from a friend working with the Home United football club...me and another friend get to a chance see a live soccer match last Sunday.

Home United Vs Young Lions..

we sat at the VIP area..the left supporting Home United and the right supporting Young Lions..damn noisy..both were cheerleading for their teams..but we were not really watching the match..but chit-chatting and gossipping...but still got keep track of the match lar..

first half was boring...the second half was okie..with a few penalty kicks..and eventually Home United won the game 1-0 at the last 2 minutes!! Haha..

Had my usual check up..asking if i had any relapse for the past 6 weeks..
Had none, except for the recent 'shivering' experience on only left side of the body..
Well, he didnt comment on it, or rather he didn't even penned it down on my medical files.
Asked him a few questions..
1) What is the fatality rate for such illness? he gave the same answer as last time, it is dangerous if you are driving or on the road..so i rephrased my question, citing the possiblities of me alone in the house, and no one is around...chances are about 10%..rare cases he said.
2) there was a report that aspartame (sweetening agents) can cause fits..so questioned him about it, only to be told that most reports are not scientific-based...usually rumors. Of course, he can't tell me what causes fits too...cause brain-activities are something uncontrollable..unless with the use of medicines..

So the next medical appointment will be 15 June...if nothing happens, i will continue to take the 300mg dosage..otherwise, he will need to recommend a stronger one for me.

19 Feb..Went to St James PowerHouse for the first time...

The design was awesome! Music was okie..Very crowded!
Started queueing at around 11pm...and only managed to get in at 1.30am..

Got a complicated problem from a friend..apparently..it concerns about relationships...

C used to like A (perhaps a crush), but upon knowing another person, D..
C begins to like D...
C and D get along very well as close friends..
D never express any feelings for C..but there were some misleadings that there is a possibility that D might have some feelings for C..
But perhaps D likes another person, E...
And recently, another person, B might have some feelings for C...

A could have liked C..and if both expressed their feelings earlier...they might be together..But all this is fate...If it isn't yours..it will not belong to you..

D is rumoured to like A before...but things didn't work out between them..

C and D seems more further distanced apart...due to E (common friend of C and D). Despite E's intrusion, C still like D.

And finally, B who has been treating C well..

These five people...such a complicated relationship...that I can't even help my friend a single bit.. I only told my friend to go by the heart..

Just got this 'bling bling' necklace from a long-time friend..sort of belated (V's) gift..
Initially, the two items (black crown and the letter 'J') were from two different necklaces..

This friend only bought the black necklace (a black crown with a bling bling cross)...and chanced upon the other necklace with letter 'J'..Decided to buy both.

And later, this thoughtful friend, knowing that I'm not really a Christian (it doesn't matter)..replaced it with the 'J' to the black crown.

Why black crown..you might ask? In the market, usually the crowns are in 'bling bling'...you wouldn't get to see a black one..friend felt it was special and unique...

So..this CNY period...I'll be wearing it..Hope it gives me good luck! I want to draw triple Sevens again! (Geryl and Gang...Watch Out!)

when you have to clear your old debts..before the Chinese New Year..so it will represent a new beginning

So today, SMS-ed 3 persons, asked their bank accounts..and credited a total of $60 into 3 different accounts...i don't remember i owe any other people $$...so i think i have cleared my debts for this year..Even if i do, i think they couldn't remember too..

but i do remember there are people out there who owe me $. 2 people who owe me since last year...

besides $...i guess i owe 'debts' to..
a) my parents..i will never be able to repay them this life..
b) those who consoled me when i'm in the darkest and lowest point of my life this year.
c) those who helped me in some other ways in my life this year..
d) some people because of karmas..
e) friends who give me small treats or give little gifts to me this year..

A late entry..

Because it was my close friend, Lijun's wedding dinner on 4th February..i forgoed my opportunity to go to the Project Superstar Final (not really..i planned to sell it...but gave it to my friend).

Together with a few friends, we were invited to attend their Chinese ceremony in the early morning..Point to note..we were neither the 'Sisters' nor the 'Brothers' Group, so it was quite special. and when i mentioned that to a few friends..they found it quite amusing...

Woke up at 5.30am..Reach the Bride's place at 7.00am..Lolx..Bride and her family still in their pyjamas..Damn funny to see such scene...Was told that the bride didn't even want to wake up..What a lazy bum..Haha.

8.30am - "You better give us S$888.88 or we'll not open the door."

The bridegroom went through a series of tests..."Guessing the bride's lipstick", "Singing her favourite song", "Pole-dancing with hula-hula skirts", "Eating bread with tuna/wasabi, Drinking Stout". After much fun..the amount settled was "S$x88.00"...

"Finally, i can get to see my wife..." *shag*

i guess some of my friends have probably known of my medical condition.

one thing, my guys/army friends are most concern is: DOWNGRADE. They asked me to go downgrade. given my present condition, i might be able to downgrade..but what if after 2 years, i am fine..the MO might upgrade my pes status...and i'm liable for reservist again..and worst of all..i will not belong to my unit anymore..that's shitty!

honestly speaking, i really don't like the idea of downgrading..or said excuse myself from my platoon...perhaps i miss the days of army fun...the driving of my jeepy...the respectable jungle hat...and everyone.

even if i downgrade..there is a possibility that i might still go for reservist..but only fit for light duties. Haha..

like what Weiliang said..the next 2 ICTs are low-key ones..so most probably will not be taxing on me..

Morning everyone!! In about an hour's time..i'll be at the doctor's..

Will keep you guys updated..good or bad news..i guess it doesn't really matter much.

Sorry friends..I don't think anyone of you will like to read this blog or hear this from me at this moment..I'm sorry to disappoint all the well wishes, you have blessed me..It sounds like a bad news to me afterall..when the doctor told me that the chances of having a third attack is as high as 70%..and more importantly...i need to be on medication for about 2 years, which is to minimize the chances of such attack.

Well, actually i'm prepared for such an answer. why? Because, during the first seizure, doctor already said the chances of having 2nd one is about 30% and after a 2nd one..the chances of having a 3rd one will be about 60%...and medication is needed for 2 years after the 2nd one. So more or less...i already know my fate is sealed. Things wouldn't be this bad if there wasn't a 2nd attack..But what has already happened had happened..History wouldn't change.

The truth is still hard to accept. Decided to SMS 4 friends ('Hippo', 'Black Orchid', 'Tatty Bear', 'Di Nu Hua'). Despite knowing that it was just a minor illness, i was telling them, i was feeling down knowing my own condition..They gave me words of encouragements..Thank you! This is an obstacle in my life..and I will need to overcome it!

So what else did the doctor say? No swimming unless with companions (ok. suntan will do. though 'dry swimming' will need 3 more companions)..No driving (i can't learn driving this 2 years?)..No alcohol drinks (boo!! 2 years no alcohol?). And most importantly - Rest more. If no seizure within 2 years..medication will not be needed after the time period.

Medication: 2 pills per day (day and night). Equals to 1460 pills in 2 years. Guess how much a pill cost? 10 cents! So the medicine costs me $146 for 2 years..Dirt Cheap! But the number of consultations i need to go...Cost = *Priceless*

To make matter worse..my parents want me to continue seeing the Chinese Sinseh. Gosh! So today, made a trip down. Told me to AVOID deep fried foods and cold drinks. Medicines were given (picture provided).

So...Now..In one day, I might have to swallow around 14 pills (western + chinese medicnes)...I might not die of seizure...But could i die of overdose of pills? or will i get high from such pills? i'm like a 'drug addict'...

P/S: Some 'people' has actually forgotten about my appointment.

these few days...whenever i saw Pearlyn on MSN..will always try to ask her to bake pineapple tarts for me..since she nowadays...busy trying to bake her corn flake cookies...in the end, she still can't make time for my pineapple tarts!!! Of course, she succeeded in baking her cookies then.

unexpectedly..today..while watching Channel 8 - 8.30pm programme..it was showing the family baking pineapple tarts..and coincidentally at the same time..a friend called me..saying that he wants to pass me something - PINEAPPLE TARTS to me. WOW!

sounds so blissful hor..like fairytales..hahaha..but the person is a guy lah..*feels so weird*

and i got this 'Get Well' Card from him..wishing me lucks for tomorrow's medical appointment..

So...I'm giving away my PSS2 tickets..

Decided not to sell them at auctions, instead give them to my good friend, Hongjun who at first insisted on buying them from me...But later, we decided that he shall just give me a simple treat will do. At least, I feel that giving the tickets to him, he can surprise his girlfriend and make her happy.

I prefer it this way. Hope they will enjoy the concert.

had 2 seizures on the past two wednesdays..2 weeks apart..

31st Jan..2 weeks after my 2nd seizure (17th Jan)..

so will it be a coincidence? will it happen? hope not...

is my luck turning good after the illness? or perhaps it just that not many people participate the lucky draw at mymall.com.sg for the free 100 tickets to the PSS2 Grand Final..

Received an email from MediaCorp..I was one of the lucky winner to get a pair of the tickets..

Now I wondering if I shall sell it at forums...or give up to friends who want to go..

Feb 4..I got a wedding dinner to attend...that's why I can't go..Otherwise, I will have invited someone to accompany me..

Hahaha, the medium from temples..

my neighbour had actually seek help from some medium in some temple, to get some tailsman..according to her, she said that the medium told her that i had not offeneded any 'spiritual beings'.

this morning. dad made me drink a glass of water with burned ashes..and bathed with flowers/ashes...

just hope better lucks will come my way after this...

e One seeing Chinese Sinseh

Morning, went to see a chinese sinseh (recommended by my brother) near east coast road..the sinseh is a young chinese fellow...he diagnosed by taking my pulse..told him abt the 'ringing' sound in my ear...he said that there may be problems with my kidneys (OH GOSH!) Anyway back to the consultation, he said there are no known causes for seizures...but can take some medications to prevent it from happening..and meanwhile, i will need to watch my diet..avoid cold drinks, fried foods, more vegetables and fruits..i mean it sounds logical point of views from every doctor who will their patients..to eat healthily...

yesh if u are reading my blog..

i had the 2nd seizure attack (today, 17th) after exactly two weeks!!

yesterdae, i slept early at 9pm..and wake up at 9am..watched the "Good Morning, Singapore" till 10am. felt abit boring cos my brother was using the computer..so i went to sleep for a while..

half way..i woke up, and hear a 'ringing' sound in my left ear, and abit shivering. within a few seconds, i blackout. but i still remember i was salivating before my blackout. and i cant remember anything else..

when i woke up, i was in the living room. my dad, brother, mum, a few neighbours and 2 paramedics were around! deep in my heart, i knew it, i had seizure again! my dad keeps asking me to sit down..relax..rubbing my hands and legs..

after that, was sent to TTSH (because my parents thought it will be better to sought consulation for doctors in TTSH instead of CGH). hours of waiting!! damn them. had a blood test, and show normal result. throughout on the bed, i couldnt rest well, due to muscle aches..the whole body!

i was in the hospital from 11+am till 5pm..before they concluded that i can be discharged. gave me panadol for my headaches..initally the doctor asked if i wanted to be transferred back to CGH for consulation, and i said okie. they contacted my doctor in CGH, and she said it was not necessary..and pushed me back to TTSH..sighz.

and i'll need to go for medication if my results show positively on 9th feb..

according to my brother's story:

he was playing computer in the living room, when he heard some noise coming from my bedroom..so out of curiousity, he went in and checked to find out that i was having seizure again. my hands and legs were stiff, eyes roll backwards..teeth clenching..and bloods from my mouth..apparaently, i had bit my lips, and quite an amount of blood was lost. the whole thing lasted about 10mins..

after that, my eyes opened..he thought i was okie already. but then my eyes closed and went back unconscious..this repeated twice within another 10mins...

luckily this time round, they got the knowledge that i provided for them. they put me slept at side way...and avoided putting METAL SPOON in my mouth..

it wouldnt have been worse...if my brother is not at home and only my mum at home, for she is in the kitchen when things happened..how disasterous can that be, without her knowing..i might be in some deep shit then..

till then, i will take care of myself...

e One at the EEG test

yesterday..went for EEG test..

so here's what happened at the test:

the doctor needed to attach 25 points on my head to monitor my brain waves..so she marked the head with chalk. after that, i lie on the bed..and she started placing those points on my head. for the first 3 minutes..i was asked to do deep breathings..and subsequently, i was asked to close my eyes and rest. in between, eyes were opened as requested to a lighting test where the light flicked with patterns..and i need to stare at it..

the whole EEG test took an hour..and the result will be only available on 9th feb for my 2nd appointment.

just some thoughts:

Why did the illness strike me?? Of all people..it had chosen me. Fate? Or blame myself?
Okie..70% of all the cases...there are no known causes..but medical reports know what can triggered such an attack.

If seizures are triggered by: due to lack of rest/sleep..then why those people who worked 16+ hours a day..never kena?! I merely tired myself because of festive seasons..(i guess so?)

Irony..I still wanted to take good care of myself first, stay healthy..so that I can take care of others..I doubt that will be possible. I shall count myself lucky if I didn't become a burden to others..

So well..let's just stay tuned for my follow-up (EEG Examination) on 16th Jan. Bless me.

First Aid for Epilepsy
If you happen to witness a seizure, the most important thing is to make sure the person does not harm him/herself during or after the seizure. You could help by:
Do not insert anything into the mouth
Loosen clothing around the person's neck
Remove sharp objects
Only move the person if they are in a dangerous place
Protect the head from injury
Reassure and stay until he/she has regained consciousness
Turn the person on one side so saliva can flow out of the mouth
Roll the person on their side after the seizure subsides.
Do not restrain the person
Place a cushion such as a folded coat under the head
After the seizure, allow the person to rest or sleep if necessary
Do not give anything to drink until consciousness is fully regained
Contact the parent or guardian if a child had the seizure
When the seizure is over, watch the person for signs of confusion

After all types of seizures:
Talk gently to the person, be comforting and reassuring as it may take some time for the person to become re-oriented.

Important:
If a seizure lasts longer than 5 minutes, or repeats without full recovery seek medical assistance immediately. Although this rarely occurs, it is a serious medical emergency.

You can still reduce seizures:
Even though you may not be able to prevent seizures completely, but you can reduce the frequency of their occurrence by:
Don't forget to take all the medication
Get enough rest and sleep
Don't stress yourself
Take nutritious foods
Avoid smoking and alcohol
Avoid taking stimulants and sleeping pills

my tongue and lip is full of wounds..wonder if it is because i bite myself during that 15 mins..or the use of the metal spoon by my dad..not to mention..a shaky tooth..

Everyone has his/her first time stay in hospital..
I had my first time stay at Changi Hospital because of FITS..

It begins when I was watching the TV shows ard 9+pm on Wednesday and surfing net at the same time in the living room..Then, I hear the same 'ringing sound' on my left ear and the feel of electric waves across my brain..I started shivering (refer to entry dated 19 Aug) and before I knew it..I had collapsed.

When I woke up, I found myself in my bedroom, with quite a number of people surrounding me. I wanted to get up from the chair, but these people just forcefully hold on to me, preventing me from moving around..I was struggling like a mad man. My vision began to glue to 2 guys in blue uniforms - they were the paramedics. The next thing I knew, I rushed to the toilet to vomit out all my dinner..And was later, escorted downstairs...where I saw more neighbours and people looking at my direction. It was scary...

At the hospital, the doctors asked numerous questions, poking needles and drawing bloods from me..It was only till 1am that i was sent to my ward 44 bed 2..

Mum renacted the story of what actually happened when i lost conscious:
When I was about to collapse..I had accidentally kicked the laptop table, which alerted my father to rush over to see what happened. In nick of time, he did managed to prevent my head from the floor. My limbs were stiff. My eyes had rolled backward. I was trying to bite. My dad placed his thumb to prevent my biting, while mum went to kitchen to get a metal spoon to place in my mouth..All this lasted for about 15 mins. Not to mentioned, my dad had actually poured soya sauce into my mouth...

Did i sound like i could be possessed? i don't know. Because of the metal spoon, I chipped my tooth, and seems like 2 teeths are loose. What could be worse, if I had reached home, and slept when the incident happened. Nobody will have discovered it then. I will be dead..

Last..I'd like to thank those (C.K., Lavin, JianBin, Geryl, Pearlyn, Johnny, Lijun, Christopher, Lingjia, Corrine) who had taken the time to visit me. Thanks, your companionship had made me less lonely in the hospital..

I also like to thank those (Andrew, Samuel, Vincent, Alvin, Noinoi, Guanjie, Marilyn, Alex, Felicia, Junyan, Benny, Alison, Charmaine, Yvonne, Joey, Johnson, Junhao, Kelvin, Heokhee, Zhenhui, Russell, Benjamin, Taishun, Terence, Singkwang, Lawrence, Weiliang, Eddy, Hongjun, Shaowei, Jeslyn)..for the smses/calls to wish me speedy recovery..

Perhaps it's a blessing in disguise..the secondary school friends that I had lost contact for 2 years..came to know of my illness because of this incident.
